General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, and deliveries of Silk The Agency. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• Entrepreneur: Silk The Agency, the party offering the services and activities.
• Client: any person or organization that uses our website, services, or collaborates with Silk The Agency.

2. Offer and agreement

All offers and quotations from Silk The Agency are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise. An agreement is only concluded when the client has accepted the offer in writing or digitally and Silk The Agency confirms it.

Any changes or additions to an agreement are only valid when confirmed in writing or by email by both parties.

3. Payment

All rates of Silk The Agency are communicated in advance and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Invoices must be paid by the client within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing and confirmed by Silk The Agency.

4. Delivery

Delivery by Silk The Agency always takes place in accordance with the agreements made. Exceeding an agreed delivery time does not entitle the client to compensation or dissolution of the agreement, unless there is gross negligence on the part of Silk The Agency.

5. Liability

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our services. Silk The Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In all cases, our liability remains limited to the amount of the relevant assignment.
